Founded by June Yang, a graduate of a French culinary school in New York City, JunaBakes began as a small Etsy shop driven by a passion for baking and a deep appreciation for culinary tradition. What started from her home kitchen has since grown into a nationally shipping online bakery — proudly woman-owned and family-rooted.

Every recipe is developed in-house with a focus on flavor, texture, and ingredient integrity. We use organic ingredients, premium matcha from Japan, and natural food colorings whenever possible. From our signature Bouncy Japanese Cheesecakes to Ube Butter Mochi Cakes, each product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
