1. Shipping Days:
We ship orders from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

2. Processing Time:
All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the volume of orders, but we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Method:
After processing, orders will be shipped using FedEx Express, which typically takes 2 business days for delivery. FedEx does not pick up or deliver on weekends, so please keep that in mind when selecting your shipping option.

4. Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders! Your order will be shipped with no additional cost to you.

5. Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery progress. If you have any issues with tracking or delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

6. Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Melted Moments Bakery is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we only ship to within U.S.  Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of these areas.
