Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. However, we want to ensure that you have a positive experience with us. Please review our policy below:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damaged goods or incorrect items. We will be happy to offer a full refund or replacement.

2. Product Issues:
If there are any issues with the quality of the product (such as spoilage or other concerns), please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photos or further information to resolve the issue. We strive to ensure all of our baked goods meet our high standards.

3. Shipping Delays:
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will assist in tracking the package and addressing any issues.

4. Special Orders & Custom Orders:
Custom orders or special requests cannot be refunded or returned, as they are made specifically for your order.

5. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. The refund will be issued after review and confirmation of the issue.
