How to Storage: To keep your snow skin mooncakes fresh and maintain their soft, chewy texture, and prevent snow skin mooncakes from developing a hard skin, follow these storage tips:

Place them in an airtight container before refrigerating.

Freezing (Up to 1 Month)
Wrap each mooncake in plastic wrap, then put them in a ziplock bag or airtight container.
Thaw in the fridge overnight before eating.
Let them sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before serving for the best texture.
