Each canelé is crafted with care, our shop using a delicate batter that rests for 72 hours to deepen its flavor and ensure the perfect balance of sweetness and texture. Baked to perfection, these little treats embody the essence of Bordeaux, offering a bite-sized moment of indulgence with every taste. 
Please note: Our bake goods are measured before baking, and as with many baked goods, there may be a slight shrinkage as the they cools. We strive for consistent sizing, but slight variations can occur during the baking process.
