Canelé, a jewel of French pastry, enchants with its contrast of textures—a golden, caramelized crust that gives way to a silky, custard-like center. Each canelé is crafted with care, our shop using a delicate batter that rests for 72 hours to deepen its flavor and ensure the perfect balance of sweetness and texture. Baked to perfection, these little treats embody the essence of Bordeaux, offering a bite-sized moment of indulgence with every taste.
Please note: Our bake goods are measured before baking, and as with many baked goods, there may be a slight shrinkage as the they cools. We strive for consistent sizing, but slight variations can occur during the baking process.

My brother loves these and I got them as a gift. he said that they were "the bomb" and he's been to France many times.
These are a gift so I can't review on the taste but the shop owner was quick to respond to my request and promptly shipped at a time I that was better for me. The parcel was beautifully assembled and kept cool. Will definitely be back!
